Looks like the poster was shot in the sets of 'Mauja hi Mauja'. Shahid Kapoor is wearnng the same clothes too...
Parmeet Sethi is the guy who played Kuljeet in DDLJ. YRF certainly do believe in giving jobs to any actor who played part in their films ;-)
I do believe Parmeet Sethi is a good actor. Have seen him act in a couple of more films and a detective TV series. His acting was good. But regarding his directional capabilities - we have to wait for the film to release. There are many examples of some very good actors who failed in direction. Satish Kaushik is one example that comes to mind right now - An outstanding actor but a very poor director.
